The Best Sprint Training Program
After several years of exploration, I can finally provide you with a review about what is believed by many to be the best sprint training program out in the market today. This is a program sponsored by two of the world's biggest speed training experts: Alex Maroko and Kelly Baggett. The name of the program that these two created is The Truth About Quickness. This program implements methods that are highly unorthodox, yet very effective. The reason why the tactics are so effective is because they have been acquired by researchers after countless years of experimenting and analyzing. And when it comes to boosting an athlete's speed, Alex and Kelly are two of the most insightful people in the world. Some people would even go so far as to pay thousands of dollars to acquire the knowledge that they have. But the program that they offer provides an excellent compilation of their knowledge, and can be obtained at a very reasonable expense.
What The Program Offers
In this sprint training program Alex and Kelly provide several unique, non-linear speed training techniques that work to help athletes of all kinds of sports boost their speed. And by non-linear, I am referring to methods that don't use a straight line of motion. I personally find non-linear speed training to be an excellent concept for athletes to grasp because it is basically used in any sport that requires physical activity.
What Separates This Program From The Others
The program persuades its followers to interpret a concept known as "movement efficiency training. " This concept essentially allows one to develop dynamic and explosive movement for all ranges of motion. The program then encourages you to adapt something called muscular tendon stiffness training. Muscular tendon stiffness training is a technique that allows you to recognize when it is the most effect time to boost and preserve your speed while sprinting and cutting. In my opinion, this is one of the best speed training techniques out there. If mastered perfectly, this can be the difference between being average and being exceptional.
My Experience With The Program
My personal experience with Alex Maroko and Kelly Baggett and their sprint training workout program was an incredible one. And as a result, I can honestly say that I am exceedingly grateful of having the opportunity to receive the knowledge that these two had to offer. They are both highly professional, and highly aware of how to aid an individual who requires assistance with their speed and agility. I have received an immense amount of wisdom from them over the course of the program.
My Success
When I first entered the sprint training program, I was only considered as an average athlete. At the time I wasn't necessarily exceedingly quick, or full of speed. I had followed many other sprint training programs in the past, including a sprinter training program, which is a program designed specifically for sprinters, but none of them really had much of an impact on me. But Alex and Kelly's program was very different from the others I had followed. And from day one, this program provided me with a completely different atmosphere. It allowed me to realize that I could get to the next level. And after committing to this sprinting program, I could honestly say that it ended up being a savior for me. I say this because after finishing this program, I was soon able to boost my speed to an entirely new level, and become a totally different athlete. As a result, after years of testing various sprinting programs, I really believe that this one helped me the most, and is the best sprint training program out there.
